Ladie's Mixed & Men's Memorial
 

The Men's Association held their annual Memorial tournament in memory of past members who have gone to that golf course in the sky.
The winners for gross in this two man scramble were Ed Czarnecki and Mike Smith at 65.  The victors for the net title were John Hurley and John Sassi at 12 under par 58.
Great job to the champions on another hot and sticky day.  Thanks to all the participants.

One of the best days of the year for the Ladies Association to host their annual Mixed event.  There were 39 couples participating for the gross and net titles.  The format was best ball on the front nine and a scramble on the back nine.  The winning team for gross was none other than our Director, Jim Fitzroy and his partner Barbara Quinn at six under par 64.
The champion for the net title was Elizabeth and Jack Moran at 56.2.  
Congratulations to the winners and thank you for a wonderful turnout.

The golf shop hosted the annual Couples Cup Championship on Sunday, August 22 on our first wet day of the summer.
There was a tie for first gross at 71 between Rusty Murphy & George Lane, Linda Goulet & Ed Boylan, Patty Boutilier & Paul Nally.
The net champions were Carol Mather and Jimmy Mercer at 12 under par 58.  Thank you for grinding it out with the weather and the support is appreciated.

Norfolk County Women's Classic

Presidents Golf Course hosted the Women's Norfolk County Classic on Saturday, August 21.  The overall winner in this individual stroke play championship and repeat champion in flight one was Penny Locke at 76.
The net victor was Linda Goulet at 78.
The winner for gross in flight two was Patty Boutilier at 82.  Our Ladies Association President Christine Rivard, captured the net title on the forth playoff hole at 69.
The gross champion in flight three was Moya Baldwin at 99.  The champion in for the net title was Carol Cahill at 71.
Great day of golf, thank you to all the participants and congratulations to all the champions. 

The Ladies Association has their two day Crystal Cup on September 18 & 19. Tee times will start at 8:00. 

On Labor day the golf shop holds the womens two person scramble.  Sign up on the golf shop bulletin board.

The Men's Directors Cup is scheduled for Sunday, September 12 with tee times starting at 7:30.  Sign up at the lobby bulletin board or call the golf shop.

Gift certificates are available on line. 

Monday through Thursday we are on a first come, first serve basis.  Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays we take tee times 48 hours in advance.  Call 617-328-3444  x-305

Go to book a tee time and you may get a time six days in advance, any day of the week, but only on line.  You must join our E Club to book times.   

There is plenty of room in both the Ladies and Men's Associations for new members.
